
The app was launched by the Chief Operation Officer of Nepal Telecom, Mr. Pradip Raj Upadhyaya.
Mr. Upadhyaya said, “We are very happy to launch this product which will centralize the Nepali songs in a mobile app.” He also believes that the app will soon get popular among the users and has promised to add additional features as per the users’ response.
Pratibha Baidhya, the spokesperson of Nepal Telecom said, “NTC users will get the facility to use this app for music streaming for free of cost for the first month. After a month they will be charged and can pay on either weekly basis or monthly to use the service. The app can be easily be activated by entering the phone number and verifying the pin sent by the NTC.”
The app is currently launched only for the Android mobiles and contains the modern and unfading Nepali songs. As per the statement, the app will soon be available for iOS devices and will also include the foreign songs.
