Ncell and ZTE are increasing their collaboration in the field of network virtualization, reports a press release by ZTE.
Ncell will leverage ZTE’s industry-leading network virtualization technologies to develop a virtual subscriber data management (VSDM) platform. This platform will feature the latest virtualization technology, advanced distributed architecture, hierarchical storage and multi-level protection, as well as the cloud.
With the new platform, Ncell’s SDM platform has evolved to a new virtualized architecture. This will help Ncell increase cost savings on hardware investment and operations. It will establish a more intelligent and flexible telecommunications network with high stability and also accelerate new task deployment and enhance user experience.
Ncell and ZTE intend to keep their collaboration for mutual benefits to both parties.
