Ncell Introduces ‘Sadhain ON’ All-in-One Service Pack for Prepaid Customers

Ncell recently announced a new service called the Sadhain ON plan for its prepaid customers in a press conference held at the Marriot Hotel, Kathmandu, on May 15, 2024.

The plan consists of data, voice calls, and SMS services bundled into a single pack valid for 7 or up to 28 days. The plan also addresses the issue of purchasing each pack individually and makes it cheaper as a bundle.

The intention for initiating the Ncell Sadhain ON plan, as stated by Ncell CEO Jabbor Kayumov, is to empower Nepali customers to always keep their mobile data on without the fear of their main balance getting reduced when using said services.

In the press conference, Kayumov stated, “Consumer needs are changing, and as more and more mobile phone users conduct their daily tasks online—from banking to shopping to commuting—users need their internet data to be always on.”

In regard to the needs of the customers and their frequency of service usage, Ncell has set up 3 tiers: Basic, Best, and Unlimited. Here we have listed each package, their prices, and their validity.

Ncell has also stated that with each purchase, customers will get some benefits and freebies like free social data, which can be used to browse social media apps like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, up to 15GB. The company has also included some quality-of-life changes like:

No bill shock: If you fully consume your data volume, the balance will not be deducted. Rather, data browsing will stop. To use data, you can buy booster packs.

No Renewal hassles: Once the pack is finished, the plan will be renewed automatically, and the cost will be deducted from your main balance upon renewal.

Carry forward: If the 7/28 days service charge of the plan is successfully processed then all remaining resources in your account, be it data, calls, or SMS, will be accumulated. (except for free social data).
