Coming to competition, LEV 01 will have to compete against the likes of BYD Atto 3, the most popular electric SUV in Nepal.
LEV 01 marks the debut of LS Auto, while BYD Atto 3 showcases the culmination of extensive R&D by BYD.
On paper, LEV 01 appears stronger with its larger 67.1 kWh battery pack, offering an impressive NEDC claimed range of 500 km.
In contrast, the BYD Atto 3 Superior variant comes with a 60.48 kWh battery pack, providing a WLTP claimed range of 420 km. However, when compared using the NEDC standard, Atto 3 delivers an impressive 480 km range.
More importantly, BYD has built a strong reputation as a leading electric vehicle brand, often outperforming even Tesla of the US, in the global EV sales.
This trend continues in Nepal, where BYD remains a powerhouse in the electric vehicle segment, with the Atto 3 emerging as one of its most popular models.
