InFocus A3, a Budget Dual Camera Phone to Hit Nepal Soon

InFocus is a fairly unknown brand here in Nepal. But, over the years, they have been making some decent smartphones that provide great value for your money. So, this company can be marked as “Under-rated’. Following the trend of releasing great phones for a fairly low price, InFocus Nepal has decided to release the InFocus A3 soon in Nepal. InFocus A3 price in Nepal is expected to be around Rs. 13,000.

Specifications Outline

The InFocus A3 comes with a comes with a 5.2-inch, 720×1280 pixel IPS display. It is powered by a Quad-Core ARM Cortex-A53, 1.3 GHz processor. It is accompanied by ARM Mali-T720 MP2 GPU. It is equipped with 2 GB of RAM, which should be enough for light workload such as browsing the web, watching videos and surfing social media. The internal storage of this device is 16 GB.

The camera setup on this device is good. It has a 13 Megapixel rear camera with f/2.2 aperture and with it sits a 2 Megapixel sensor. It is a 5 element lens, which lets you record videos at 1080p at 30 fps. The secondary camera on this device is an 8 Megapixel shooter with f/2.2 aperture.

As far as the battery goes, this device gets its juice from a 3050 mAh Non-Removable Li-ion battery.

The InFocus A3 looks good on paper. If it can keep up with the anticipation, this phone is set to do good in the Nepali market. With pretty decent specs and a fingerprint sensor, for a price that is probably going to be less than that of the Redmi 5A, this will be a great threat to the “budget king” a.k.a Redmi 5A.
