Infinix Note 7 Lite with Helio P22 is Now Available in Nepal

Infinix recently launched Infnix Note 7 in Nepal. And, now it has launched Infinix Note 7 Lite in Nepal. As the name suggests it’s a lite version of the Infinix Note 7.

Infinix Note 7 Lite price in Nepal is Rs. 17,990 and is available on daraz. The available variant is a one with 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM. It comes in three colors: Space Grey, Forest Green, and Violet.

Infinix Note 7 Lite Overview

Design

Inifnix Note 7 Lite has a different design with a horizontal camera array on the plastic back rather than a circular camera setup. The finish looks similar to that of Note 7 but its design is similar to that of the Hot 9 Play.

On the front, there’s a hole punch of the top left corner. The fingerprint sensor is on the side just like the Infinix Note 7.

Display

Infinix Note 7 Lite has a 6.6 inch HD IPS panel with a screen resolution of 720 x 1600. They are calling it the Infinity O display.

The bezels look quite thin as it maintains an 82.8% screen-to-body ratio.

Hardware

Infinix Note 7 Lite uses Mediatek Helio P22 chipset along with 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM.

Mediatek Helio P22 is a 12 nm chipset that includes Octa-core 2.0 GHz Cortex-A53 CPU and PowerVR GE8320 GPU.

Helio P22 is a budget chipset and it won’t offer good performance especially at this price tag. The likes of Realme C3 and Redmi 9 provide far superior performance with Helio G70 and G80 chipset.

Camera

Infinix Note 7 Lite has a quad-camera setup with a 48MP main sensor, 2MP macro sensor, a 2MP depth sensor, and a QVGA sensor. The camera setup is identical to the Infinix Note 7.

On the front, it has an 8MP AI camera for selfies. The phone can capture videos at 1080p 30fps from both rear and front cameras.

Battery & Others

The Infinix Note 7 lite houses a big 5000 mAh battery. The battery should be able to last more than a day. But it misses out on fast charging which is available on the Note 7. Instead, it comes with normal 10W charging.

They call their 10W charging as supercharge 2.0 which should take approximately 3 hours to charge the battery from 0 to 100.

It runs on XOS 6.0 on top of Android 10. It’s good that it is using Android 10 but XOS 6.0 is very unfamiliar.

Furthermore, it comes with DTS audio processing for better audio clarity.

Infinix Note 7 Lite Price in Nepal and Availability

Infinix Note 7 Lite price in Nepal is Rs. 17,990 for the 4GB RAM and 64GB storage variant. It is now available to purchase via Daraz.

Infinix Note 7 Lite is a lite version of the Note 7 which is a decent device. But, the Note 7 Lite looks too lite of a device to compete against the likes of Realme C3 and Redmi 9 in this segment. It is using Helio P22 which we can find on the likes of much more affordable Infinix Hot 9 Play. It looks like an Infnix Hot 9 Play with better camera setup.

For Rs. 17,990 Infinix Note 7 Lite looks underwhelming.
