Its the first smartphone from Huawei to sport a quad-camera setup — that’s two rear cameras and two front-facing cameras. That means that at the rear there’s a 16MP sensor paired with a 2MP sensor whereas at the front you get a 13MP sensor paired with a 2MP sensor. It runs on Android 7.0 along with its Huawei EMUI 5.1 and is powered by a 3340mAh non-removable battery.

Impression

Although Huawei Nova 2i comes under the mid-range category. It packs unique features compared to other mid-range phones. This clearly shows the high market demand for the mid-range phones forcing the smartphone manufacturers to add unique and interesting features. It is impressive to see first quad-camera setup from Huawei, which obviously is the key selling point of this device.

Moreover, we can enable a portrait style feature with bokeh effects same as other flagship dual lens phones like OnePlus 5 and iPhone 8. The battery capacity could be upgraded compared to its huge 5.9-inch display. I think this phone will be the toughest competitor among other mid-range phones available in the market.
