TicWatch Pro 3 Overview
Design
TicWatch Pro 3 is essentially the last year’s TicWatch Pro but with a sleeker and slimmer design like that of the TicWatch C2+.
It has a large buckle with a dark color scheme but it does weigh only 41.9g/42.3g (LTE) even with a bigger display and beefier battery. The TicWatch Pro 3 has two variants as one of them is TicWatch Pro 3 GPS and another one is TicWatch Pro 3 LTE.
The buckle has two buttons on the right side, one of them is customizable and then there’s a mic right in between the buttons. It also has a speaker on the left side for taking calls. The strap looks like leather but it is a silicone band.

Display
TicWatch Pro 3 has a circular 1.39 inches AMOLED RETINA screen with a screen resolution of 454 x 454. On top of this main display, it has a low power, always-on, secondary FSTN screen. So, it uses updated Dual Display 2.0 for better battery conservation as it can toggle between the main screen and the low power screen.
Furthermore, it also comes with an ambient light sensor for automatic brightness adjustment.
Performance
TicWatch Pro 3 uses Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 4100 which promises a higher performance along with better battery life.
Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 4100 is a 12nm chipset with 4X ARM Cortex A53 cores clocked up to 1.7GHz. Along with that, TicWatch Pro 3 has 1GB RAM and 8GB of internal storage.
Fitness Features & Sensors
TicWatch Pro 3 has a built-in GPS, Accelerometer, Gyroscope, PPG heart-rate sensor, Barometer, Ambient Light Sensor, SpO2 sensor, and NFC.
Along with old features that we get on TicWatches, TicWatc 3 Pro has new TicHearing, TicBreathe, and TicSleep. TicSleep can monitor heart rate and SpO2 levels while you sleep. Similarly, TicHearing checks for the noise level of the surrounding.
As for fitness, TicWatch Pro 3 has the following listed exercises: outdoor run, outdoor walk, indoor run, cycling, indoor cycling, freestyle, pool swimming, machine rowing, elliptical machine, body mechanics, trail running, mountaineering (hiking), and yoga.
Battery
TicWatch Pro 3 has a 577mAh battery that can last up to 45 hours in essential mode and up to 72 hours in smart mode.
It runs on Google’s Wear OS.
TicWatch Pro 3 Price in Nepal and Availability
Looking at the pricing of currently available TicWatches, I expect TicWatch Pro 3 price in Nepal to be around Rs. 50,000. It will be launching soon but we don’t know the exact launch date as of now.

TicWatch Pro 3 has some serious hardware with the new Snapdragon chipset and its dual display feature provides top-notch battery life.
Furthermore, it has fine fitness features with its suite of TicHealth apps. It is obviously one of the best smartwatches out there but it might not have the best software experience that we get from the likes of Samsung and Apple.
