Founded in 1986, Infocus is a privately owned American company that manufactures and distributes large displays, televisions, projectors and smartphones.
Prism Technologies is the official distributor of Infocus in Nepal and they have launched two smartphones from Infocus namely M370i & M808i. Chinese smartphones have been dominating the Nepali market recently so it’s pretty hard to imagine Infocus smartphones competing against them.
Both of the phones M370i and M808i are available for online booking for the price of Rs.13,999 and Rs.21,999 respectively. To book any of these phones visit this link or contact them at 9802080444.

Both of these phones were launched in 2015 and are being launched in Nepal after a year. The smartphone market is so competitive right now that a phone with an older specification won’t be able to perform against new phones that have better specifications and similar pricing.
Infocus M370i is a low-end Android device and it certainly does not have the best specification for the given price of Rs.13,999. There are plenty of alternatives such as Gionee’s F103, Xiamoi’s Redmi 2 and Redmi 2 pro and even Samsung’s Galaxy j2(2016) might be a better option for an extra Rs, 1000.
Infocus M808i is a mid-range Android device, it looks good but it does not have the best specification in the price bracket of Rs.22,000. Specifically, the MediaTek Mt6753 which comes with the Mali 720 in M808i has a heating issue and runs on lower clock speed than it’s counterpart Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 615 which comes with a stronger Adreno 405 GPU. You can always find a phone with a better specification in this price bracket.
To attract more customer’s Infocus Nepal has thrown in a free VR headset for a limited period, therefore if you want to get any of these phones hurry up while the offer lasts.
