Eco Infinity Pvt. Ltd., the authorized distributor of NIU scooters in Nepal, has added another electric scooter in their lineup and it is called the FQi300 which is also the first scooter from NIU FQi series.

The distributors have confirmed that this model has been specifically customized to suit Nepal’s terrain and road conditions.

With its impressive range claims and a well-balanced motor capacity, the FQi300 positions itself as the strongest offering from NIU Nepal and a worthy contender in the rising electric scooter segment.

While the pricing aligns closely with current market standards, NIU had the opportunity to disrupt the segment with a more aggressive strategy. A bolder price point could have helped the brand leverage economies of scale and capture a larger market share right from the start.

According to NIU Nepal, the scooter delivers an impressive tested range of 150 km with a single rider, while carrying a pillion results in a slightly lower yet commendable range of 140 km.

Charging is also reasonably efficient. With a 10A charger, the batteries take approximately 4 to 5 Hours to charge from 0 to 80% State of Charge (SOC).
