Xiaomi launched the Xiaomi Mi Band 7 in China at the launch event of its new Redmi Note 11T Pro series on May 24.
As of now, the Xiaomi Band 7 is exclusive to China. It is a successor to Xiaomi Mi Band 6. In this article, we will go through its specs and features.

Xiaomi Mi Band 7 Overview
Design and Display
The Xiaomi Mi Band 7 has a pill-shaped design. It has a full polycarbonate build and features a 1.62-inch AMOLED screen. The display has a resolution of 192 x 490 pixels.
Xiaomi mentions that the display can reach a peak brightness of 500nits. The tracker comes in only black colour, whereas the detachable TPU bands come in six different colours.
The smart band is rated to 5ATM standard for water resistance. There is also the NFC edition, which, as the name suggests, supports NFC. The standard edition does not.

Health and Other Features
There are 120 different sports modes to choose from, including four professional sports. Unfortunately, the watch does not support any global navigation satellite system (GNSS) to provide geolocation information.
The fitness tracker can monitor all-day blood oxygen (SpO2), heart rate, and sleep. The band alerts users by vibrating if their SpO2 drops below 90%. In addition, the tracker also offers stress monitoring and women’s health tracking.
Connectivity and Battery
The Xiaomi Mi Band 7 uses Bluetooth to connect to both Android and iOS devices. The Android version must be at least 6.0, and the iOS version must be 10.0 or above.
The band comes with a 180mAh battery. It chargers via a magnetic charger that comes with the smart wearable. Xiaomi claims that the battery can last up to 15 days in “typical usage.”

The Xiaomi Mi Band 7 is priced at CNY 249 (standard edition) and CNY 299 (NFC edition) in China. The Xiaomi Mi Band 7 price in Nepal is expected to start at Rs. 5,000 when it launches.
