WordCamp Nepal 2024 Happening on 12 and 13 January

The sixth edition of WordCamp Nepal is officially taking place this Friday and Saturday at Hotel Pokhara Grand, located in Birauta, Pokhara.

WordPress Nepal has been organizing WordCamp events in Nepal since 2012.

WordCamp is a casual, community-driven conference that delves into all things WordPress and is the largest WordPress-related event in Nepal.

The event aims to promote Pokhara in the international market of information technology as an excellent destination for international meetings under MICE tourism.

The event expects over 1,000 national and international participants, including 400 Nepali attendees from outside Pokhara and 200 from countries such as Bangladesh, India, America, Malaysia, and European nations.

The first day of the two-day event will focus on enhancing the WordPress software for improved security. On the second day, the main conference event will take place, featuring national and international speakers who will address and provide training on various topics related to WordPress and information technology.

Experts nationally and internationally renowned in WordPress and information technology will share their experience and knowledge on topics such as web development, user interface design, digital marketing, digital product production, search engine optimization (SEO), machine learning, artificial intelligence (AI), and WordPress community development.

As of now, the event will feature 43 speakers, including 4 from Bangladesh, 6 from India, 1 from Germany, 1 from Switzerland, 1 from the USA, and 30 from Nepal, including Dr. Mahabir Pun.

The conference will feature interactive workshops, networking opportunities, sponsored exhibits, contributor day. 28 domestic and foreign sponsors are joining the event, including payment partner Khalti, internet partner Worldlink, and medical partner Manipal Teaching Hospital.

WordCamp Nepal 2024 Tickets

There are three types of tickets: Micro Sponsor, Standard, and Early Bird. The early bird ticket is sold out, but you can purchase the other two tickets.
