In order to cling on to the existing and emerging technology, Nepal Tourism Board (NTB) has relaunched its mobile app called “Welcome Nepal”. The app provides a wide range of useful information about travel and events that can be useful to domestic and international tourists. The major objective of NTB on upgrading the app is to boost its digital existence and attract an additional number of tourists in the country.
According to the statement issued by Deepak Raj Joshi, Chief Executive Officer of Nepal Tourism Board, the improved mobile app is the first phase of its strategic idea to build its digital presence. This app is an entirely featured platform that provides the users’ information about the destinations and activities going on in Nepal in a much easier and convenient way. In his statement, he announced that more innovative technologies along with beneficial features will be released soon in near future.
The app is user-friendly providing the users with hands-on experience in the tourism sector of Nepal. Known widely as a platform providing the users with updated information on major cities, villages along with appealing tourist attractions, NTB has made an effort to promote Nepal globally.
“Welcome Nepal” is an undeniably informative app as it provides the users with all sorts of information about the tourist attractions and also the necessary details that are required for a safe and pleasant visit.
The app is currently available for download only on Android and will soon be available on iOS.
