Nepal College of Engineering’s Robotics and IT Club Organizing Yatra 1.0

Yatra 1.0 is a two-day event initiated by the National College of Engineering (NCE) Robotics and IT Club to build a platform for all engineering, IT related students and tech-enthusiasts to showcase their innovative ideas and their creativity in technology.

The event is set to run for two days: 5^th and 6^th of Falgun. The venue of the event is National College of Engineering, Talchikhel, Lalitpur.

The event has six different types of competitions. Each competition has its own set of rules and themes along with respective registration fees.

• Yatra Uddan: Yatra Uddan is a drone competition on the theme “Fly to Achieve”. The drones developed by the participants will have to pass through different obstacles and land on different designated zones.
• Code Competition: It a competition among the coders. The coding will be strictly based on C/C++ and PHP programming languages.
• Software and Hardware Competition: It is an open competition where any students can submit their project in two different categories, software, and hardware.
• Safa-Aviyaan: Safa Aviyaan is a robotics competition, on the theme “Clean to Win”. In this competition, the participants will have to build a robot that will pick up garbage and dump them to an allocated location.
• Yatra Gaming: Yatra Gaming is a gaming competition. The participants can compete singly or in a group. It is considered to be the most rushy and contemplative event. The games that are selected for the competition are FIFA, Dota, Counter-Strike-1.6 and Clash Royale.
