However, Lava makes decent phones with quality hardware for a lower price than its competitors. This time, Lava has decided to release a new phone, Lava R3, in Nepal. The Lava R3 comes with a 5.7-inch HD MediaTek MT6737 Processor with a Mali T720 GPU. This powerful CPU is equipped with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage. It comes with an Android Version 7.1.1 (Nougat)
These specs are not bad for a phone at this price point. The Lava comes with a 13 MP f/2.2 aperture rear shooter that is capable of shooting photos with bokeh effects. It has an 8 MP f/2.0 front-facing shooter, which is also capable of bokeh effects. The rear camera is able to shoot 1080p video at 30 fps.

Lava has not been able to do very good in Nepali market. We don’t know if this new iteration of Lava phone is going to do very good. It will surely be a good competition to the phones from companies like Huawei, Xiaomi, who currently have been ruling the budget smartphone market.
