Internet Reaches Least Developed Municipality of Rukum

The Internet has reached Aathbiskot, the least developed municipality of Rukum, reports Setopati.

With the investment of more than one lakh rupees, the municipality of Aathbiskot has established the Internet connection on its own at the municipality’s office and the offices of ward no. 9 and 10, for the first time.

Gorakhbahadur KC, the municipality head, informed that the Internet connection was established by Everest Wireless Network Private Limited, Jajarkot. He added that the Internet connection has been a good help in speeding up the activities in the area.

The Internet connection was established to fulfill the need to install CCTV cameras and digital attendance system in the schools of that area, under the School Area Development Program.
