The watch band comes in four different color options: Wilderness Green, Flame Red, Graphite Black, and Nebula Pink. Users can wear this band even when swimming, as it is 5ATM water-resistant.

The band has tracking features named Huawei TruSleep, TruRelax, and TruSeen. These features can monitor sleep, stress level, blood oxygen (SpO2), and heart rate. Apart from this, the band can receive phone notifications and messages.

Connectivity and Battery

Huawei Band 7 supports Bluetooth 5 to connect the band to a device. It can be connected to both Android and iOS devices.

Furthermore, Huawei claims that the battery can last up to 14 days in typical use. For charging, the band comes with a proprietary magnetic charger.
