Hamro TV, a new TV and Internet Service Provider, has recently launched 4K Ultra HD TV channels and internet service in Nepal. The service started from October 16, 2017 and was officially inaugurated by Vice-president Mr. Nanda Bahadur Pun.
Hamro TV has collaborated with various Internet Service Providers(ISPs) and television service provider for providing 4K Ultra HD cable TV and internet service to its customer.
“While other DTH and Cable TV operators offer HD and SD quality pictures, we will be offering Ultra HD channels with 4K resolution for the first time in Nepal.”
The company is also planning to provide the TV and internet service with DTH soon.
Hamro TV is offering 170 SD channels, 50 HD channels, and 3 4K Ultra HD channels. It is also providing free of cost installation and 50 percent discount on its services in the monthly charges for six months to its new customers.
The company plans to provide internet service at a cheaper rate than any other ISPs in Nepal.
Hamro TV has collaborated with Gospell Digital Technology, a company known to be specialized in satellite TV for its fiber and DTH equipments.
