The body weighs 32g and comes with a detachable silicone wrist strap that has a classic pin buckle. The watch comes in two colour options: Thunder Black and Moonlight Grey, but only the Black is available in Nepal at the moment.

Zepp OS
The new Amazfit smartwatches come with the new Zepp OS, replacing the old Amazfit OS. It’s the same OS that runs on Zepp-branded smartwatches as well.
The company says that the Zepp OS is built on FreeRTOS microkernel open-source code and is only 55MB in size, making it one of the lightest smartwatch operating systems. It now consumes 65% less power than the previous Amazfit OS, boosting 190% more battery life.
Health & Other Features
The watch comes with a BioTracker PPG 3.0 optical sensor. Basically, it measures heart rate, blood oxygen (SpO2), stress, and breathing rate in under 45 seconds.
You can also turn on ‘Auto Heart Rate Monitor’ in its companion app, Zepp App—available on both Android and iOS—and on the watch to enable 24-hour heart rate monitoring. Furthermore, it can also track sleep stages—including light, deep and REM—waking times, and menstrual cycle tracking for women.
There are over 150 different sports and workout modes as well for fitness enthusiasts. The Amazfit GTR 3 also has a built-in Alexa voice assistant. In addition, the watch comes with over 150 watch faces with matching always-on displays.
Connectivity and Battery
It has a Bluetooth 5.1 BLE. It can be used to link to both Android and iOS using the Zepp App.
The Amazfit GTR 3 comes with a 450mAh battery. The company claims it can last up to 21 days on a single charge in a typical usage scenario.
