While most of the last year was about isolation and quarantine, we hope that 2021 would allow us to re-start the social gathering while implementing safer ways to protect ourselves.

Fibro Nepal is organizing one such event titled ‘Revamp’ with an intent to revive the social networking environment after a year’s break. The daylong event is set to be held on Saturday, February 27 at Buzz Cafe and Bar, Bhatbhateni, Naxal.
“Revamp Nepal will provide a platform for participants to directly connect and interact with prospective customers, clients, and partners, and help them promote their products and services. The event aspires to contribute to the growth of the post-pandemic Nepalese startup ecosystem,” says Suraj Raj Pandey, founder, and CEO of Fibro.
Almost all the startups have been facing problems in terms of supply, production, marketing, and sales since the corona outbreak.
“We have been facing the same crisis and we don’t have an idea to come out of this vicious cycle. We went out and talked with the founders of different ventures and found a similar situation with many entrepreneurs,” said Pandey.
“It has been almost a year, we haven’t been able to interact with clients, customers, and other ecosystem partners. So, this is our effort to bring back the community together in one platform while maintaining safety protocol,” he shared.
“Our motive is to help each other at this time of crisis. So, we haven’t charged anything extra apart from Rs. 500 for their stall for the exhibitors,” said Pandey. The event is free for visitors.
According to a press release issued by the company, the exhibition will feature innovative ventures, change-makers, and initiators currently active in the startup ecosystem.
Artseum Productions is the Multimedia Partner for the event along and Kullabs.com is the Education Partner. Similarly, Clock b Business Innovations is the Innovation Partner, Meroadda.com is the legal Partner, Tootle is the Mobility Partner, Machhapuchhre Bank has been associated as Banking Partner, Kings College is the Knowledge Partner for the event.
Likewise, Buzz Café is the Venue Partner and Sochware is the Technology Partner. The event is powered by Kitab Yatra and Escalate Nepal.
Startups including Foodmario, Red Tail Studio, Najikko Xpress, and Himalayan Khambucha will be exhibiting during the event.
“Attractive offers and activities, such as discounts and free consultations among others have been planned to make the event engaging and exciting. Gaming console by Red Tail Studio, free on the spot legal consultation by MeroAdda, photography workshop by Artseum, and idea consultation by Clock b among others, are some of the main attractions of the event,” writes the press release issued by the company.
Revamp Nepal will see 12+ startups exhibiting and is expecting over 400 visitors throughout the event. Revamp Nepal will kick-off at 11 am and conclude at 4 pm.
