Ncell has launched MiDas, an e-learning platform in collaboration with Midas Education. The MiDas e-classes include a wide collection of certified audio and video education materials.
According to the statement by the company, the MiDas e-classes were designed to aid students in learning the basic courses in an interactive way from mobile devices and computers. The education materials are suitable for students from the playgroup level to the tenth grade.The service has been active since 13th August. Customers using the Ncell SIM card will be able to download the video tutorials, animated lessons and text-based contents that have been approved by the Curriculum Development Centre (CDC) under the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology.
MiDAs e-class application can be downloaded from Google PlayStore. In order to view the video tutorials, customers need to first register with their Ncell number and then subscribe to the available service plans.
Three subscription plans are available daily, weekly, and monthly. The prices for daily, weekly, and monthly subscriptions are Rs 11.96 (Rs 15.26 including taxes), (Rs 71.26 including taxes), and Rs 199.31(Rs 254.50 including taxes). The subscription fee is only for gaining access to the application. Separate fees will be charges for accessing the educational materials and downloading them.
Ncell is making the service free for its customers for the first week of subscription. Customers can also download the videos over Wi-Fi once they have subscribed to the service.
