Xiaomi Nepal has been increasing their customer services with more offers and insurance schemes. From 8th of August, 2017 Xiaomi is providing Free Insurance to all their smartphones which have been bought from Mi Authorized Stores. The Free Insurance includes accidental damage and physical damage of the phone which includes the Screen Breakage Insurance as well. The Free Insurance also includes Extended Service Warranty and Theft Insurance as well. Talking about the Theft Insurance, one can claim up to 85% of the price within six months’ time period after buying a phone and 50% after six months after buying the phone. But while claiming the Theft Insurance, one must have the Police Report of the stolen mobile phone with the purchase bill of the phone.
This step taken by Mi Nepal is appreciable and it should continue to bring more offers like this in coming future as well. Mi Nepal is doing a great job by increasing its customer care services and hope it can gain more trust of Nepali customers towards their company. In my opinion, I really liked the strategy of Mi Nepal, What do you think of this service from Mi Nepal? Please feel free to comment down below your opinion about this service from Mi Nepal.
