Zeblaze Thor SQ Overview
Design and Display
First, let’s talk about the design of the watch. The Zeblaze Thor SQ has a rugged-looking exterior, with what looks like a metal faceplate covering a plastic shell.
The faceplate has four screws securing it to the watch. The company states that the watch body has DLC (Diamond Like Coating) as well.
On the left, you’ll find the SIM card slot and on the right, you’ll find two buttons for navigating through the watch’s features. On the top, there is the 2MP camera of the watch. Moving onto the bottom, you’ll find the sensor array that monitors your vitals.
To secure the watch on your wrist there is a detachable fluoroelastomer wrist strap with a metal buckle.
The Thor SQ has a 2.13-inch AMOLED display that has a resolution of 410 x 502 pixels. This gives the Gorilla Glass protected display, a pixel density of 391 ppi.
The display is really bright, with a maximum brightness of 1000 nits. That means you can easily see everything even if you’re outside in direct sunlight.
Health and Other Features
Moving onto features, the smartwatch comes with Android OS as its operating system that’s powered by a quad-core UNISOC SL8541E processor. However, which version of the OS is installed has not been specified by the company.
In the watch’s promotional material, the company has stated that the watch supports full Android apps from Google Play Store like social apps, music and video apps, Google Maps, etc.
This means with network connectivity features like 4G and Wi-Fi on the watch, you can customize the number of software features, including health features, according to your preference. Besides that, the watch also offers a level of customization with changeable watch faces and themes.
Quickly talking about the hardware of the watch, it has an OHR fusion biometric sensor that monitors functions like heart rate and blood oxygen and a 2GB RAM paired with 16GB internal storage.
Finally, the last and certainly unique feature of the watch is its ability to take photos and hold video calls with the included 2MP camera.
Battery and Connectivity
In terms of battery, the watch comes with a 950mAh cell that offers a claimed power backup of 84 hours on a single charge. The battery charges via a magnetic cradle that attaches to the back of the smartwatch.
Zeblaze claims that the smartwatch can fully charge from 0% in around 45 minutes.
Moving on to connectivity, the Thor SQ comes with 4G SIM connectivity as well as 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. It uses Bluetooth 4.2 to pair with your smartphone and also has GPS built-in for navigation.

Zeblaze Smartwatch | Price in Nepal | Offer Price (Till July 30) |
---|---|---|
Zeblaze Thor SQ | Rs. 15000 | Rs. 13000 |
The Zeblaze Thor SQ comes as a mixed bag of specs. On one hand, it offers good functionality and features, with some unique in its segment like full Android app support and a built-in camera.
Whereas, on the other hand, the smartwatch doesn’t have any official IP rating which limits its usage outdoors or during harsh weather. On top of that, with the inclusion of a full-blown Android OS, the operating system does not translate to a good user experience on a tiny screen.
