“There is optimism about the fair’s potential to alleviate market concerns and uplift the real estate business during these challenging times as it aims to inspire confidence and bring hope to all involved in the real estate industry,” said Rajan Adhikari, CEO of Basobaas.
The event will feature homes and new land plots listed on the Basobaas platform, as well as modern housing, colonies, commercial buildings, and apartments constructed by renowned developers, including:

Exclusive Discounts
Visitors can explore properties that offer exclusive discounts and special booking gifts. Depending on the property type and price, attendees may receive up to a 1 crore cash discount and 10–100 grams of gold.
Basobaas assures that the property prices are significantly lower than the market price.
During the event, attendees will have the opportunity to explore the expo and receive free consultations from various sectors, including housing finance companies, legal teams, developers, and the Basobaas company. Buyers can take advantage of this service to get answers to all their property-related queries.
Interested buyers can reserve the property by paying a small fee. At the expo, Standard Chartered Bank will be providing home loan financing. Basobaas has partnered with the bank due to their competitive interest rates for home loans, says Basobaas CEO Rajan Adhikari.
He further adds, “Interested buyers can take advantage of these attractive offerings by attending the event. Our goal is to support buyers in transparent property purchases, preventing any exploitation and unnecessary expenditure.”
Basobaas is an online real estate marketplace in Nepal, presently featuring tens of thousands of properties available for sale and rent across Kathmandu, Pokhara, and other regions of the country.
The platform collaborates with property developers, real estate agencies, and brokers nationwide to provide opportunities for local tenants and prospective homeowners.
Basobaas also provides consulting services on home loans and home insurance within Nepal, even to the Nepali diaspora residing outside of Nepal.
