- Offer valid from 23 February to 26 February 2026, with device exchange required.
With the Galaxy S26 series, including the almighty S26 Ultra and the base and plus models set to launch soon, Samsung Nepal has pushed an exclusive “Hand Raiser” Offer forward. This programme aims to give early adopters a chance to secure the device before its official arrival, along with sweet benefits.

So, what’s going on with this offer? And can we walk away with? Let’s see:
What is Samsung’s Hand Raiser Pre-Reserve Offer?
The Hand Raiser pre-reserve offer is a limited-time campaign aimed at premium smartphone owners planning to upgrade to, well, the Samsung Galaxy S26 series. So, in this offer, customers can pre-reserve the upcoming Galaxy smartphone and trade in their device when the phone drops. That begs the question:
Which Devices are Eligible for the Samsung Hand-Raiser Offer?
The list of eligible devices is minimal and easy to remember. If you use any of the last three iPhone or Samsung Galaxy S series phones, then you are eligible for the offer.
So the exact list of eligible devices is as follows:
| Eligible Samsung Smartphones | Eligible iPhones |
|---|---|
| S23 Series (FE, Base, Plus, Ultra) | 14 Series (Base, Plus, Pro, Pro Max) |
| S24 Series (FE, Base, Plus, Ultra) | 15 Series (Base, Plus, Pro, Pro Max) |
| S25 Series (FE, Base, Plus, Ultra) | 16 Series (16e,Base, Plus, Pro, Pro Max) |
Interestingly, Samsung deems the lesser FE and e variants eligible for trade-in, but not the Z series phones. Realistically speaking, they are the ones who will be in need to upgrade their phones, as the limited battery of these bendy phones must be reaching the end of its youth.
It would have been nice if they allowed Z Fold/Flip users to exchange their phones, but maybe because you can’t “upgrade” any further from a folding experience, they are not eligible? Maybe, who knows?
Also, you can’t exchange the iPhone 17 series either. I guess Samsung realises no one in their right mind is switching their phone in less than six months.
Benefits and Validity
The Samsung Hand Raiser offer is valid for a short window from 23 February to 26 February 26, 2026, a total of just four days. Customers must register and secure their pre-reservation within this timeframe. And by doing so, customers will receive:
- Storage upgrade up to 1TB (worth up to NPR 15,000)
- 60W Fast Charger (worth up to NPR 5,999)
How do I register?
You sadly can’t just walk to a store, hand over any of the eligible phones, get the new phone, and walk out. You have to follow the following process:
- Visit the Samsung Campaign’s website
- Click on the “Register Now” button under the Hand Raiser Offer
- Select the preferred retailer
- Enter purchase and trade-in details
- Confirm device condition and complete OTP verification
- Visiting the selected retailer upon device arrival to collect the new smartphone
Samsung Hand Raiser Pre-Reserve Offer: Conclusion
Samsung’s Hand Raiser campaign offers added value to customers looking to switch or upgrade. Getting a free storage upgrade or a charger on its own is great, but both? Just elite! And when the phone launches sometime in March, I suspect we will see these benefits again. But then you’ll probably have to choose one or the other.
