HLE Nepal, a business process outsourcing (BPO) company in Nepal specializing in the Australian mortgage industry, has announced its rebranding to Alaya.

After eight years of operation in the country, the company is embarking on a new chapter to reflect its growth and dedication to providing exceptional service to its clients and career opportunities to its employees, reads the press release issued by the company.
Alaya, which means “base” or “home” in Sanskrit, encapsulates the company’s mission to serve as a foundation for both its clients and its team.
With a focus on technology, marketing, and finance sectors, Alaya offers online tools and services to both clients and partners. The company invites aspiring technologists, strategic marketers, and finance enthusiasts to join its team.
Founded as HLE Nepal, the company has grown from a start-up into a thriving operation with over 350 staff members, including over 30 members in Australia. Its primary client and owner, Home Loan Experts, a mortgage broker in Australia, has played a crucial role in enabling the company to provide top-tier services in the mortgage industry.
The rebranding to Alaya signifies the next phase in the company’s journey, reinforcing its dedication to clients and employees alike. As Alaya, the company says it will continue to provide award-winning support to mortgage brokers in Australia and secure, fulfilling careers for its staff in Nepal.
“We are excited about this new phase in our growth,” a spokesperson for Alaya said. “As Alaya, we will continue to be a reliable partner for our clients and a nurturing home for our team. We look forward to building on the success we’ve achieved as HLE Nepal and setting new benchmarks in the BPO sector.”
The rebranding process will not affect the services provided to clients, and the company will remain at its current location in Jawalakhel, Lalitpur, Nepal.
