Google Maps recently introduced Motorcycle Mode in India. This feature would be especially useful for Indians as India is the world’s largest two-wheeler market where over 48,000 motorcycles are sold every day.

Google Maps now has the option of Motorcycle Mode showing up alongside car, public transit and walking options. This option can be used to find the best route to the destination. The mode reportedly also takes into consideration the small areas needed for bikes so the travel times are quicker than cars. It also informs people of road closures and parking status at the destination.
We are very excited that Google Maps rolled up this update and we hope we shall soon have it in Nepal as well.
