The parent group leveraged its expertise to enter the electric vehicle (EV) market in 2023 by acquiring Yudo Auto, a financially struggling Chinese automaker. Following the acquisition, JuneYao Group rebranded the company as JuneYao Auto and positioned it to compete in the New Energy Vehicle (NEV) sector.<\/p>\n

The company seems quite serious toward EV innovation which is highlighted by a substantial three-year Research and Development cycle (1,099 days) to bring the JY Air to market even after JY Auto capitalized on Yudo Auto\u2019s existing infrastructure and manufacturing capabilities post-acquisition.<\/p>\n
