TVS NTorq 125 FI BS6 Overview

Design

TVS NTorq features a stylish sporty Stealth Aircraft Styling design.

Its T-shaped flagship Headlamp and Slim Side Indicators give it an aggressive look.

The Drum and Disc variants come with Halogen Headlamps whereas the others come with LED Headlamps. 

The side profile looks sporty with sharp creases and cuts. The muscular exhaust adds an aggressive stance to the scooter. In the front, it features good leg space with a flat footrest.

Talking about the graphics, there is no extra graphical styling in Standard Disc and Drum variants. The other counterpart gets some graphical changes though.

The graphics are further improved by the Checkered Flag Design, Faux Carbon Fiber Finish, and Black-Red/Black-Yellow color combination in Race Edition.

Furthermore, the whole scooter is wrapped up with a Marvel Character Theme in the Super Squad Edition.

The chassis is identical across all models, the only difference lies in the additional graphical touch-up. The Race XP variant comes with little extra power. 

The rear profile houses a styling Prismatic Taillamp which is further accompanied by LED Side Indicators. The mudguard also features some creases making it more stylish. Summing up the rear profile looks similar in all variants.

Additionally, Standard (Drum and Disc) comes in Yellow, Red, Blue, Grey, and Silver and Race Edition comes in Race Yellow, Race Red, and Marine Blue.

Performance

TVS NTorq is powered by a 124.8cc, 4-stroke, 3-valve, air-cooled FI engine. It can generate a max power of 9.38PS at 7000rpm and a max torque of 10.5Nm at 5500rpm. 

Moreover, it is mated to a CVT transmission with a 5-liter fuel tank in Drum, Disc, Race, and Race RTFI. However, the Super Squad edition houses a 5.8-liter fuel tank.

Talking about the emission standards: Drum, Disc, Race, and Squad are BS4 compliant whereas Race RTFI is BS6 compliant.

Unfortunately, the TVS NTorq FI is 2 kg heavier and loses its initial low-end punch. However, it makes up for it in terms of mileage.
