Oppo has launched Oppo Enco W11 in Nepal. Oppo Enco W11 is the most affordable pair of truly wireless buds in Nepal. Except for this, Oppo Enco Free is also available in Nepal.

It’s the most affordable TWS from Oppo as Oppo Enco W11 price in Nepal is Rs. 3990. It undercuts Xiaomi Airdots which is priced at Rs. 4,799.

Oppo Enco W11 Overview

Design

Oppo Enco W11 is an in-ear style earbud which looks similar to the Samsung Galaxy Buds. It is also light as each bud only weighs 4.4gm.

Enco W11 is IP55 dust and water-resistant as well. So it will be fine even if it gets wet with sweat or rain. But don’t test it by dropping into the water.

Its case also looks similar to what we get with the Galaxy Buds. The case has a USB type C port and supports fast charging.

There are touch controls on both earbuds. You can play/pause with a single tap and skip with a double-tap. Similarly, you can answer/end calls and adjust volume with the touch controls.

8mm Audio Drivers

Oppo Enco W11 uses 8mm dynamic drivers with titanium-plated composite diaphragms. Oppo claims that this will enhance bass and extend the reach of high frequencies for ultra-clear audio.

It supports AAC audio codec which is good for iPhones but aptX is a better choice for Android phones.

Bluetooth 5.0

Oppo Enco W11 uses Bluetooth 5.0 and it has a range of up to 10 meters. It also uses Binaural simultaneous transmission which means that both the buds receive signals at the same time. As a result, latency is lower and the connection is more stable.

Oppo mentions that it is using noise cancellation tech to reduce unwanted noise. This will mean that voice calls will be clear and uninterrupted.

Battery

Oppo Enco W11 can last up to 5 hours with a single charge and with the case you can get up to 20 hours of playback. The earbud has a 40 mAh battery and the case has 400 mAh battery.

Oppo has mentioned that it takes about 120 mins to charge both earbuds and charging case from 0 to 100.

This earbud looks pretty similar to Galaxy Buds and I’m glad that it is an in-ear bud. This will make sure that the fit is good and it will also provide a good seal. Its playback time is 5 hours with a single charge on 50% volume which is decent and the overall battery life of 20hrs is also quite good.

It supports Bluetooth 5.0 which is a good thing as it means the connection will be more reliable and strong. But it does not support aptX or aptX HD codec which is very important in Android phones.

Especially Android phones with Qualcomm chipsets. aptX is an audio codec developed by Qualcomm and it helps in strong connection and low latency. And, most of the android phones with Qualcomm chipsets support this feature.

Overall, the Enco W11 looks good but I’ll only be able to tell about its audio and connection quality once I get my hands on it.
